Pageros 100 utvecklare (i 15 team över hela världen) arbetar i ett mikrotjänsteekosystem med en devops-kultur och varje team äger livscykeln för sina tjänster. Du kommer att arbeta i ett team vars fokus är att möjliggöra för utvecklare att leverera ut kod snabbt pålitligt och med minimal kognitiv belastning. Vårt teams vision är att erbjuda en självbetjäningsplattform där produktteam kan utveckla hantera och övervaka sina tjänster.
Eftersom Pagero erbjuder sina kunder en global tjänst med stöd för lokal regelefterlevnad gör vår infrastruktur och plattform en resa för att stödja regioner över hela världen. Vi förväntar oss att plattformen kommer att utvecklas snabbt i en hybrid molnmiljö.

Om rollen
I denna möjlighet som plattformsutvecklare kommer du att:
- Tillsammans med ditt team driver du utvecklarproduktivitet och tillförlitlighetspraxis i hela vår R&D-organisation genom att erbjuda vägledning bästa praxis och arbeta nära produktteamen.
- Bygga och underhålla infrastruktur (med IaC) i en hybrid molnmiljö.
- Bygga och underhålla verktygskedjor och plattformsfunktioner som körs på Kubernetes.
Andra möjliga arbetsuppgifter:
- Förbättra utvecklarnas tillgång till relevant information om sina system inklusive varningar loggar spårbarhet och mätvärden.
- Förenkla vägen från noll till produktion för våra utvecklare och abstrahera deras avsikt från implementeringsdetaljerna.
- Att möjliggöra för team att anpassa sina tjänster för att bättre stödja multiregional lokal data- och/eller bearbetningsnivå.
Om dig
Du passar för rollen som plattformsutvecklare om du har följande kvalifikationer:
- 5 års yrkeserfarenhet inom mjukvaruutveckling helst även några år som plattformsutvecklar.
- Har en passion för att kraftigt accelerera alla utvecklare runt omkring dig med innovativa verktyg och processer som gör deras liv enklare och gör det möjligt för dem att fokusera på det de bygger.
- Gillar att lösa komplexa problem som kräver nära samarbete med andra team.
- Förstår värdet av att dokumentera och gradvis främja bästa praxis.
- Blomstrar i en öppen utvecklingskultur där kodgranskningar parprogrammering och designdiskussioner är naturliga sätt att få feedback lära sig och dela kunskap.
- Har testat och jobbat med flera olika mjukvaruekosystem och är intresserad av att utforska nya.
- Klarar av en utökad bakgrundskontroll.
We are looking for engineers to work on our infrastructure and developer platform experience. Pageros 100 engineers (in 15 teams across the world) work in a microservices ecosystem with a devops culture owning the lifecycle of their services. You will work in a team whose focus is to enable engineers to ship code quickly reliably and with the minimum of cognitive overhead. Our teams vision is to provide a self-service platform where product teams can develop manage and monitor their services.
With Pagero providing a global service with local compliance our infrastructure and platform is making a journey to support regions across the globe. We expect the platform to evolve rapidly in a hybrid cloud environment.

About the role
In this opportunity as a Lead Platform Engineer you will:
- Together with your team drive engineering productivity and reliability practices across our R&D organization by providing guidance best practices and working closely with product teams.
- Build and maintain infrastructure (using IaC) in a hybrid cloud environment.
- Build and maintain toolchains and platform features running on Kubernetes.
You might work on:
- Improving developers access to relevant information about their systems including alerts logs traces and metrics.
- Simplifying the path from zero to production for our developers abstracting their intent from irrelevant implementation details.
- Enabling teams to adapt their services to better support multi-regional locality of data and/or processing.
About you
Youre a fit for the role ofLead Platform Engineer if you have the following required qualifications:
- 5 years of professional experience within software development preferably also with a few years as a platform engineer.
- Enjoy greatly accelerating all engineers around you with innovative tools and processes that make their lives easier and enable them to focus on what they are building.
- Enjoy solving complex problems requiring tight collaboration with other teams.
- Understand the value of documenting and gradually promoting best practices.
- Thrive in an open development culture where code reviews pair programming and design discussions are natural ways to get feedback learn and share knowledge.
- Dipped your toes into several different software ecosystems and you are interested in exploring new ones.
- Successfully pass an extended background check.
