Project Engineer, Spare Parts Packages

This is a unique opportunity to combine project execution with global process development. You will not only manage Spare Parts Packages for Tissue projects but also play a key role in continuously improvingstandardizingand digitalizing the global Spare Parts Package process. Working closely with Sales Engineering Project Management Sourcing and Supply Chain you will help create smarter ways of working that improve efficiency strengthen customersatisfactionand support future business growth.

• You will manage Spare Parts Packages from quotation through delivery ensuring projectsremainon schedule meeting customer expectations andachievingcommercial targets.

• You will take ownership of project financials including turnoverprofitabilityand overall business performance for assigned Spare Parts Packages.

• You will lead the continuous development and standardization of the global Spare Parts Package process helping create consistent and efficient ways of working across the organization.

• You willidentifyprocess improvement opportunities and transform them into practical solutions that improve efficiencyqualityand customer satisfaction.

• You will collaborate with Sales Engineering Project Management Sourcing Supply Chain and global stakeholders to improve information flow implement digitalsolutionsand drive operational excellence.

• Bachelors or mastersdegree in engineering or equivalent experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment within an international and multicultural setting.

• Strong ability to build relationships andcollaborateeffectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Experience with ERP systems digitaltoolsor process automation is considered an advantage.

• Knowledge of Lean continuous improvementmethodologiesor operational excellence practices is considered an advantage.

Success in this position comes from combining aprocess improvement mindsetcross-functional project management skills and ananalytical and commercial mindset. You are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders driving projectsforwardand finding opportunities to improve the way work is done.
