Senior Project Manager

Were looking for a Senior Project Manager Labour Relations to join us at Telia.

Im Mats Tegebäck Head of Group Reward and Im searching for someone ready to grow with us. Were a Group team driving reward governance and labour relations across markets in a multinational environment.

What youll do:

You will lead cross-border labour relations projects and consultation processes at Group level ensuring alignment structure and delivery.

• Lead group-level labour relations projects and wider people or business initiatives
• Structure project scope milestones governance and workstreams across markets
• Consult and coordinate with unions employee representatives and internal stakeholders
• Support European Works Council (EWC) processes including planning documentation and follow-up

What will help you thrive in this role:

You are structured collaborative and confident handling sensitive topics in complex international environments.

• Proven experience leading large projects programmes or transformations in a matrix organization
• Strong knowledge of labour relations union dialogue and consultation frameworks (EWC experience is an advantage)
• Ability to manage stakeholder alignment and communication across full project lifecycles
• Fluency in English; Nordic or Baltic language skills are an advantage
