Job Mission

As our Senior Fullstack Engineer for Installer App & Experience youll build and maintain the tools that make it possible for installers to do their job and do it well. The installer app is the interface between Tibbers platform and the people who physically set up smart devices in customers homes and its a product area with real room to grow!

This is a role for someone who brings both technical depth and a natural instinct for helping a team move in the right direction.

What youll do

Youll be the go-to engineer for the installer app and its related services - building new features maintaining whats there and helping shape how the product area develops. AI is a natural part of how you work and youll use it to move faster reduce manual overhead and contribute to building agentic solutions that make the installer experience better.

In practice this means:

• Building and maintaining the installer app and related backend services
  

• Collaborating closely with designers PMs and engineers across the org to ship features end-to-end
  

• Running agentic dev loops - turning requirements into merged PRs through AI agents you direct and review
  

• Contributing to technical direction and ways of working as the team around installer experience grows

What were looking for

Youre a fullstack engineer with solid experience who is energized by switching context and doesnt shy away from complexity. You take initiative communicate clearly and bring both technical depth and a collaborative mindset.

We think youll thrive here if you:

• Have a strong JS/TS foundation with solid backend experience in Node/Express or similar and are comfortable with modern frontend frameworks -React and ideally React Native Expo
  

• Have experience with event-driven systems and understand your way around AWS Kubernetes Kafka and related tooling
  

• Are hands-on with modern AI tools and platforms AWS Bedrock Claude or similar with real experience running agentic dev loops and using AI as a natural part of how you build
  

• Have worked closely with designers and are comfortable making design decisions within a defined framework
  

• Are a genuine team player who prioritizes outcomes over individual credit communicates openly and stays curious in the face of ambiguity
