Within AXIS OS Release Management we drive quality and innovation throughout the AXIS OS lifecycle ensuring high standards for all stakeholders. We lead and improve ways of working striving to become better and more efficient every day in how we do things and how the customers perceive AXIS OS. Managed AXIS OS our SaaS solution is the latest addition to our portfolio.

Our responsibilities include release planning and execution developing and monitoring quality metrics managing integrations and driving improvements in workflows focusing on efficiency collaboration and alignment. We are passionate about ensuring high quality and enabling seamless collaboration and code integration among our nearly 1000 engineers. By embracing fast feedback loops and data-driven decisions we continuously improve and communicate to achieve the best results. As a team we collaborate closely share knowledge and foster an open and honest environment where we support each other and ensure we have fun along the way.

• Assist in the transformation of delivering AXIS OS as an on prem solution to a SaaS solution
• Further develop the concept of gradual deployment data driven decisions and quality assurance including defining SLOs and SLAs (internally and externally)
• Assist in modelling and following-up rules related to system resource constraints in embedded devices such as our cameras in tight cooperation with expert colleagues
• Act as a bridge between development release management and stakeholders ensuring we act as one to deliver high-quality SaaS solutions

Who are you

You are a driven person with a curious and humble mindset. You have a strong interest in developing and challenging yourself as well as coaching & supporting colleagues. Your educational background is typically M Sc Computer Science or similar. You are a true team player who understands that our success is built on collective effort and you naturally take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery by acting as one with your colleagues. You have fluent communication skills in Swedish and English
