Project manager for heat pump development

Your contribution to something big

• You will lead the project for launching new heat pump products to customers in time and within budget 
• You will define project scope and deliverables develop project plans acquire and manage project resources and monitor project progress.
• You will lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams (including engineering manufacturing quality procurement etc.) to achieve project objectives
• You will manage project budget including cost estimation tracking expenditures and reporting financial status.
• You will facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders providing regular updates on project status risks and changes.
• You will identify assess and manage project risks and issues developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion
• You will ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications :

What distinguishes you

• Experience in project management with a proven track record of successfully delivering engineering or technical projects
• Experience managing projects with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets schedules and resources effectively.
• Strong understanding and practical application of project management methodologies tools and techniques.
• Certification in Project management
• Familiarity with the technical domain of the projects being managed (e.g. mechanical design software development manufacturing processes).
• Excellent leadership communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project Jira etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on risk management.
