About the role
Lead high priority projects to ensure we achieve our goals
Enjoy great autonomy allowing you to identify problems carry out analysis design solutions and execute them
Report to the management team and collaborate with teams across Teamtailor
Work on multiple projects in parallel that will require you to be adaptable across multiple functions such as sales marketing product and finance
About you
2-6 years of work experience in a fast-paced and demanding environment (start-up / strategy consulting / investment banking)
Track record of being a top perfomer in multiple areas
Logical and structured thinker
Strong problem solving skills with the ability to break down complex challenges into smaller ones and enjoy working with data to facilitate your work
Get things done operate fast and are relentless
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Degree in finance business or engineering from a leading university
