About you

• You have 35 years experience as a patentattorneyor patent engineer during which you have gained a solid understanding of the professions requirements and processes.
• You have worked independently with advanced patent matters in relevant technical fields such as AI computer-implemented inventions softwareelectronicsor telecommunications.
• You have documented experience of independently drafting andprosecutingpatent applications from idea to granted patent including handling communication with authorities and responding to office actions.
• You hold an academic degree in computer science mathematics electricalengineeringor physics preferably at an advanced level. A doctoral degree isadvantageous.
• You are analyticalmeticulousand motivated by tackling complex technical challenges. You have alsodemonstratedinitiative and the ability to manage several parallel projects.
• You have excellent written andverbalEnglish communication skills and can tailor your communication to different audiences. Knowledge of Swedish is an asset.
• You have experience of independently building and nurturing client relationships as well as successfully attracting new clients and developing collaborations over time.
