Training and Change Management Lead

• Lead change management activities for large-scale IT projects.
• Drive user adoption of cloud-based communication and collaboration tools.
• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.
• Design and deliver training programs in multiple languages (English Sinhala Tamil) for diverse user groups.
• Assess organizational readiness and identify resistance points to adoption.
• Create training materials guides and communication content tailored to different audiences.
• Work with project teams and stakeholders to align change efforts with project goals.
• Measure and report on adoption progress and training effectiveness.
• Support end users through the transition with coaching communication and follow-up training.

Requirements

• 5 years experience leading Change Management and User Adoption for large-scale IT projects mainly with cloud-based communication suites.
• Recognized certification in a Change Management methodology.
• Extensive experience designing and delivering multi-lingual training (English Sinhala Tamil) for diverse organizational user groups.
