Job Overview

We are seeking an organized and patient-focused Surgical Coordinator Customer Service to coordinate patient appointments support surgical scheduling communicate with patients and provide administrative assistance to medical and management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinic and surgery appointments for patients.
• Follow up on laboratory and imaging appointments and results.
• Communicate professionally with patients and their families via phone and email.
• Maintain accurate patient records documentation and filing systems.
• Coordinate meetings and manage surgeons clinical academic and research schedules.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to company directors.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth patient and surgical processes.
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide timely assistance.
• Ensure all required documentation and schedules are maintained accurately.
• Support the smooth day-to-day coordination of surgical and clinical activities.

Requirements

• G.C.E. A/L or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic positive and patient-focused attitude.
• Good computer literacy and proficiency in standard office applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Ability to work night rosters.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Tamil-speaking ability will be an added advantage.
