Senior Software Engineer C#, ReactAngular

Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Technical Lead you will serve as a highly technical hands-on senior contributor responsible for implementing high-quality features contributing to the development and scalability of our core platform and maintaining it. This role requires deep engineering knowledge a commitment to best practices and the ability to mentor mid-level and junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Implementation

• Design develop and deploy clean high-performance features across the stack using C# (.NET) and React/TypeScript.
• Implement event-driven and microservices architectures as defined by the Technical Lead.
• Actively participate in the full software development lifecycle ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Quality & Standards

• Write code that strictly adheres to established coding standards SOLID principles and Clean Architecture.
• Ensure system quality through comprehensive unit testing (xUnit) integration testing and end-to-end (E2E) testing (Playwright).
• Conduct thorough code reviews for peers providing constructive feedback to maintain high code quality.

AI-Driven Development

• Responsibly leverage AI development tools to boost personal productivity while maintaining a focus on core engineering fundamentals and code integrity.

Mentoring & Collaboration

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to mid-level and junior engineers.
• Work closely with the Technical Lead and Product Owners to translate high-level requirements into clear actionable technical implementation plans.

Required Skills & Experience

Core Technical Skills

• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Expertise in C# / .NET (latest versions) and Core Web API.
• Solid experience with React TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience building event-driven architectures and working with Microsoft Azure (App Services Service Bus AI Foundry).

Engineering Practices

• Deep understanding and practical application of SOLID principles Design Patterns and Clean Architecture.
• Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred).
• Proven experience with unit testing frameworks (xUnit) and E2E testing tools.

DevOps & Cloud

• Experience with Docker (containerization) and deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with monitoring alerting and ensuring system scalability and reliability.

• High degree of independence in execution and technical ownership of delivered features.
• Commitment to long-term code quality and sustainable development practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML integrations or AI-assisted development tools (Cursor Antigravity Claude)
