Senior Security Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead security governance SOC operations vulnerability management and incident response initiatives
• Drive security delivery aligned with business objectives compliance standards and project requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security solutions and ensure effective communication
• Leverage AI-assisted tools for threat detections penetration testing to fine grained the output from the manual assessments
• Ensure compliance with Security-by-Design principles Secure SDLC practices OWASP Top 10 guidelines and vulnerability management processes
• Support non-functional requirements related to security performance scalability availability and reliability
• Promote engineering best practices including CI/CD API security security automation and documentation standards
• Identify security risks dependencies blockers and technical debt while contributing to Agile delivery and continuous improvement
• Perform application security against OWASP top 10 and provide security consultation for architecting the solutions
• Perform cloud security server hardening and forensic investigation based on the requirements of clients

Person Specifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field with 910 years of experience in cybersecurity or related domains
• Strong expertise in SOC operations VAPT IAM vulnerability management and enterprise security practices
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot prompt engineering and AI-enabled security workflows
• Knowledge of emerging security technologies including AI-driven threat detection synthetic data generation and agentic AI frameworks
• Strong understanding of Secure SDLC OWASP Top 10 NIST CI/CD pipelines APIs and modern software engineering practices
• Proven leadership analytical communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Ability to manage security risks technical debt and deliver outcomes in Agile environments
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality security and continuous improvement
