Job Overview

The Senior Manager Business Transformation will lead digital transformation initiatives enterprise application management and business process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency and support strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation.
• Translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
• Oversee SAP and non-SAP enterprise applications including implementation upgrades testing and support.
• Manage system integration user adoption and change management.
• Collaborate with business users IT teams consultants and technology partners.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance cybersecurity data protection and organizational policies.
• Monitor project performance and prepare progress reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
• 58 years of experience in business transformation and enterprise application management.
• Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives and implementing enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with SAP modules such as SD EWM LE MM FICO or PP/QM including SAP rollouts.
• Knowledge of non-SAP applications including Salesforce and HR systems and their integration with SAP.
• Strong business analysis process optimization and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of business intelligence reporting automation and change management is an added advantage.
