Senior Gen AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design build and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI models and solutions.
• Write clean efficient Python code to support model development and deployment.
• Work with large datasets to train fine-tune and evaluate AI/ML models.
• Build and integrate Generative AI solutions (e.g. LLM-based features automation content generation) into products.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify where AI/ML can add value.
• Optimize model performance accuracy and efficiency for production use.
• Stay current with advances in AI/ML and Generative AI and apply relevant techniques to ongoing work.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in AI/ML pipelines and deployed models.
• Mentor junior team members on AI/ML best practices where needed.

Requirements

• 6 years of experience in AI/ML and Generative AI.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Proven experience building and deploying machine learning or Generative AI models.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts model training and evaluation.
• Ability to work independently on complex technical problems.
