Puritas is the leader in providing water and wastewater treatment solutions in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Position Senior Executive- Proposals Process Management & R&D

Location Puritas -Head Office- Colombo

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth operation of laboratory functions and activities maintaining relevant standards.

• Plan supervise and manage all testing & commissioning works within stipulated project timelines and hand over completed projects to clients.

• Ensure training of client operating personnel upon successful commissioning and handover of plants.

• Develop the talents and skills of subordinates and peers to enhance competency in carrying out tasks and delegate work to key staff.

• Support the planning and design of treatment processes finalizing optimized treatment systems for water and wastewater treatment plants and for O&M activities.

• Carry out optimized costings for project proposals to meet the companys quality and financial objectives.

• Maintain ISO 9001 quality management systems and related documentation.

• Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Head of the Department.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors degree in chemical & Process Engineering Chemistry Environmental Science or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience preferably in water and wastewater treatment/ environmental engineering.

• Sound knowledge and hands-on experience in of water and wastewater treatment processes process design testing & commissioning trouble shooting and system optimization.

• Knowledge of laboratory operations ISO 9001 quality management systems and relevant technical documentation.

• Strong analytical problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to lead teams and work effectively with clients consultants and cross-functional teams.

• Excellent command of English and proficiency in MS Office.
