This position acts as a liaison for Customer Relationship Management and assisting towards the satisfaction of both customers and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Recommendation arrangement coordination development and establishment of standards and supervision of the maintenance of all internal and external landscaping and floral arrangement
Set standards develop and implement procedures and supervise all cleaning and janitorial services in all common arears of the World Trade Center.
Coordinates all post occupational needs of tenants with other department
Follow-up with Tenant Help Desk and ensure that all complaints/suggestions are resolved within stipulated time frame
Be responsible to achieve the budget income for CRM Department
Qualifications
Diploma or part professional qualification in a relevant discipline.
Minimum 05 years experience in Customer Relations Management in a hospitality environment.
Good Communication and Public Relations skills.
Understanding in customer acquisition re-engagement and retention strategies.
Age between 30 40.
