Adherence to agile process with user stories sprint planning agile dash board and team sync up with agile ceremonies
Frequently update Jira workflows
Scrum team management by playing the scrum master role
Review all vendor proposals to include possible value additions and to check business requirement alignment
Create Business values analysing current customer journeys and workflows
Support BTC and ITSC goals & objectives covering Project quality Timely delivery and Project cost & scope
Maintain bug ratio below 10%
Conduct design reviews to guide the subordinates and make sure to follow the best approach for the development
Manage changes to business requirement & conduct impact analysis
Adherence to banks agile policy
Adherence to ISO27000 ISO20000 guidelines
Maintain required knowledge & expertise in business process & applications
Create requirement related matrixes to improve the quality of user requirement
Support developer QAs Managers and users to understand the requirement to develop the desired functionality to improve project / Product delivery
Maintain the schedule variance at least 5 % within initial scoping.

Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors Degree in IT Business Accounting or any related field
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis in banking & finance or related field

Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
Experience in working in Agile development environment
