YOUR ROLE

You are a Scrum Master / Project Manager with 3 years of experience bringing a proactive mindset and a strong focus on delivering value. You thrive in Agile environments facilitating collaboration removing impediments and driving continuous improvement within multidisciplinary teams.

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups Sprint Planning Retrospectives Reviews)
  • Support and coach multidisciplinary teams in Agile practices and ways of working
  • Identify impediments promote their resolution and ensure follow-up actions are implemented
  • Monitor team performance through metrics and simple reporting
  • Analyze relationships between team practices and delivery outcomes
  • Propose and track continuous improvement initiatives based on data and observations
  • Promote the adoption of Agile best practices and support team maturity growth
  • Anticipate risks dependencies and blockers ensuring they are managed until resolution
  • Contribute to improving predictability quality and efficiency of deliveries
YOUR PROFILE
  • 3 years of experience as Scrum Master or Project Manager
  • Scrum Master certification (PSM I or CSM)
  • Experience facilitating Agile multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to identify causal relationships between practices and team performance
  • Solid technical knowledge to interact effectively with development teams
  • Proactive attitude with strong ownership and execution skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Team player with a collaborative approach
  • Demonstrated interest in continuous learning and Agile evolution
