Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute public relations communication and stakeholder engagement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage media relations press communications and publicity initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Plan and coordinate PR campaigns media events press conferences and promotional activities.
- Drive digital communication initiatives and monitor campaign performance against established KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media industry partners customers and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels and platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business goals and strengthen employee engagement through internal communications.
- Monitor analyze and report on the effectiveness of communication and public relations initiatives providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships and loyalty initiatives to enhance customer engagement retention and brand value.
- Identify and cultivate partnership opportunities that support business growth and elevate customer experience.
Eligibility Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Public Relations Communications Marketing Journalism Business Management or a related field.
- Professional qualifications in Public Relations Marketing Brand Management or Digital Marketing and/or a Masters Degree or postgraduate qualification in a related discipline will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Communications Public Relations Media Relations or a related field.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft and deliver clear compelling and impactful messages.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with media professionals and key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and secure positive media coverage.
- Strong crisis communication and reputation management skills with the ability to respond effectively to sensitive situations in a professional and timely manner.
- Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to develop engaging communication campaigns content and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
