Learning and Development Lead
Job Summary
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Conduct the annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Execute the annual training plan
- Execute the annual training plan by coordinating with trainers SBU Heads and HR Business Partners to plan and deliver learning programmes including managing participant nominations programme logistics and communications.
- Coordinate the preparation of learning materials facilitate vendor payments and maintain accurate training records attendance feedback and evaluation dashboards.
- Administer learning needs assessments and competency evaluations while driving post-training follow-up activities to measure programme effectiveness and support the achievement of learning objectives.
- Conducting employee orientation sessions for new recruits
- Learning Management System (LMS) Management
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) by administering users courses learning paths certifications and reporting while driving learner adoption and engagement through effective communication initiatives
- Provide user support monitor learning participation and completion and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure the effective operation and continuous improvement of the LMS
- Assist in implementing the employer branding key initiatives in uplifting the Advantis Brand value
- Facilitating knowledge sharing forums in universities education institutes order to create ADV employer brand visibility from HR
- Develop creative content to be published in ADV Social Media platforms to uplift employer brand
- Assist in executing the Hayleys Management Trainee program with respective SBU/SSUs and periodically assess progress through reviews and mentoring initiatives
- Monthly reporting of L&D data trackers and dashboards for Hayleys HR Group Review ICE EDMC and HR Ops.
- Proactive engagement with all HR BPs SBU/SSU Heads in driving learning culture within Advantis
- Perform additional duties which commensurate with the current role as and when requested by management
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION
- Bachelors degree approved by UGC in management HRM or an equivalent professional qualification with minimum one-year experience
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) e-learning platforms and content creation tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to assess training needs evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs based on data-driven insights
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
