Lead Software Engineer – .NET+ Angular

• Design build and deliver scalable SaaS applications Angular SQL Server/PostgreSQL and AWS.
• Take full ownership of features from data modeling and backend work through front-end development testing deployment and production support.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to turn design files into production-ready code following internal design standards and best practices.
• Partner with architects to define application architecture and build proof-of-concepts to validate technical approaches.
• Apply modern architecture patterns such as Domain-Driven Design CQRS Event-Driven Architecture Backend-for-Frontend and API Gateway.
• Build modern Angular applications using standalone components Signals RxJS Reactive Forms and reusable components.
• Design efficient data models optimize SQL performance and build scalable integration/messaging solutions.
• Investigate and resolve complex production issues and continuously improve system reliability and performance.
• Mentor other engineers through code reviews architecture discussions and knowledge sharing.
• Use AI-powered tools (GitHub Copilot Cursor Claude Code agentic workflows) to boost quality and productivity.

Requirements

• 10 years of professional software engineering experience (1015 years overall).
• Experience in a Principal Lead Engineer or similar technical leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience Angular SQL Server/PostgreSQL and AWS.
• Comfortable working without a dedicated QA team taking ownership of testing (shift-left approach).
