Junior Executive – SAP SD & Salesforce CRM

Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Executive SAP SD & Salesforce CRM to support and maintain the SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module and Salesforce CRM system. The ideal candidate will provide user support assist with system enhancements and testing and contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for SAP SD and Salesforce CRM users.
• Assist in resolving system issues and coordinate with external consultants when required.
• Support sales order processing customer master data pricing and billing activities.
• Participate in system enhancements testing and user acceptance activities.
• Prepare reports documentation and user training materials.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

Qualifications &Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Information Systems Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in ERP CRM or business application support.
• Exposure to SAP SD and/or Salesforce CRM will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and deliver quality support.
