• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the timely acquisition of quality talent.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and employee engagement.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and update company policies as needed.
• Coordinate administrative functions including office management record keeping and vendor management.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles .
• Age 30 - 40 years.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations applicable in the countries of operation.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
