Job Overview

Our client is a leading professional education institution committed to developing future business leaders through high-quality learning and innovation. They are looking for an experienced and visionary Head of Business School to lead the strategic growth and academic excellence of the institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business development strengthening academic programmes building industry partnerships leading high-performing teams and ensuring the delivery of exceptional learning experiences. This role requires strong leadership strategic thinking and a passion for advancing professional education.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Schools objectives by developing and delivering strategic programmes and spearheading campaigns to maximise demand for these offerings.
• Drive the delivery of various programmes including multiple MBA programmes Postgraduate Diploma and short courses to targeted groups.
• Identify market needs and design world-class marketable training programmes to attract professionalsand increase enrolment for multiple qualifications offered through the school.
• Establish strong partnerships with reputable international organisations and leading business schools.
• Proactively introduce new courses in line with CA Sri Lankas strategic objectives.
• Ensure and continuously improve the quality and standards of all programmes.

Qualifications & Skills

• A degree from a recognised university and an MBA.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a Masters degree.
• Minimum of five years work experience in a similar capacity preferably in administering executive education programmes.
• Excellent communication skills combined with sound IT proficiency.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Creative thinker and excellent team player.
• Age - preferably below 45 years.
