Why this role exists

Brontë is being taken to market by a small ambitious growth team and theres more high-quality execution work than hands to do it. The Growth Marketing Intern works alongside the Head of Growth and the Growth Marketing Specialist to keep our marketing engine running: producing content and collateral supporting campaigns and events and helping operate the outbound and reporting machinery day to day.

This is a real seat at a real growth function not a coffee-run internship. Youll ship work that goes in front of some of the largest financial institutions in the world learn a modern AI-assisted growth stack from the inside and see what it takes to build a category from zero.

What youll do

Brand and creative

  • Help produce and maintain marketing assets one-pagers pitch collateral social graphics landing pages and presentation templates using design tools and AI-assisted workflows.

  • Support brand consistency across everything we publish: decks website social email and events.

Content

  • Draft and edit content that supports our Risk Engineering narrative: LinkedIn posts article drafts newsletter sections and campaign copy.

  • Help manage our day-to-day publishing calendar and keep our channels active and on-brand.

Campaigns and events

  • Support marketing campaigns end to end building emails landing pages and LinkedIn assets and helping monitor performance.

  • Assist with event marketing: collateral promo content social coverage and post-event follow-up.

Growth operations

  • Support outbound sequencing: list building enrichment verification and data hygiene across our stack (HubSpot Apollo n8n PhantomBuster).

  • Help maintain CRM records lifecycle stages and reporting dashboards (HubSpot Looker Studio GA4).

What were looking for
  • A recent graduate or final-year student in marketing communications business design or a related field or someone early in their career (01 years) hungry to break into growth marketing.

  • Strong written English and an eye for clear compelling communication.

  • Some hands-on exposure to design or creative tools (Canva Figma or similar) through coursework projects or personal work.

  • Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to learn a modern marketing stack fast.

  • Organised reliable and detail-oriented. You finish what you start and dont need to be chased.

  • Bonus points for: a portfolio of writing or design work experience running a social account or student societys marketing familiarity with HubSpot or any CRM or interest in B2B fintech or financial services.
