Growth Marketing Associate Senior Associate Level

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Associate/ Senior Associate as the right hand to our Head of Growth

This role is part strategist part closer. Youll help shape our growth marketing playbook and get on calls to convert it into revenue with a strong focus on the UK EU and US markets.

Employment Type: Full-Time In-Office (Sri Lanka-based candidates)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM Sri Lanka time Monday to Friday.

Holidays: England & Wales public holidays observed.

Compensation: Paid in LKR. Based on demonstrated performance employees will have the opportunity to earn performance-based commissions and transition to a foreign currency-based earning model.

What youll do:

• Work directly with the Head of Growth to build and execute market strategies
• Take sales calls and drive conversions with UK/EU/US prospects
• Identify growth opportunities across new and existing markets
• Track performance and refine strategy based on whats converting

What were looking for:

• Experience in growth marketing sales or a hybrid of both
• Comfortable owning conversations with UK/European/US clients
• A builder mindset strategic thinking hands-on execution
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to handle client queries independently
• Willingness and eagerness to learn and use new technology tools
• Strong ability to create client presentations proposals and performance reports
