• Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as sales production and logistics to resolve customer issues and ensure the timely delivery of products.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the companys database to ensure smooth communication and service continuity.
• Provide product information and support to customers helping them select suitable garment accessories based on their specific needs and preferences.
