Executive Finance

This post will provide assistance to maintain books of accounts of the company 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

1. Cost all apparel identification products manufactured by the company

2. Maintain Accounts Payable ledger in Oracle ERP system

3. Reconcile Accounts Payable ledger to monthly vendor statements 

4. Post journal entries to Oracle ERP system

5. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations on monthly basis 

6. Support Assistant Finance Manager in treasury related activities 

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prepare other reports required by Assistant Finance Manager Head of Finance

2. Any other work  entrusted by Assistant Finance Manager Head of Finance within skills and experience

3.  Adhere to/support the ISO 9001/2000 procedures. 

4. Support and maintain the health and Safety standards in the company.

5. Adhere to/Support & follow the Environmental Management system.

6. Continuously improve and develop your knowledge and skills in the job through training and development initiatives provided to you by the company.    

7. Give feedback regarding your training to the in the  follow up on actions taken after training    

8. Responsible that company policies procedures and regulations are followed at all times and to  protect confidentiality of company and work related information at all times

Qualifications :

1. Advance skills in Ms Excel Word & Power Point.

2. Good numerical skills

3. Excellent communication

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

      Bachelors degree in finance/ Accountancy/ Economics/ Business Administration or a passed finalist of    ICA CIMA or ACCA

• Hands on experience in Oracle ERP system
