Engineer Managed Services

Key Responsibilities

• Administer configure and maintain Jira Jira Service Management (JSM) and Confluence
• Configure projects workflows request types SLAs queues permission schemes and automation rules
• Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate administrative and operational tasks
• Design develop and support integrations using REST APIs webhooks OAuth and third-party applications
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing support maintenance and enhancements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Atlassian solutions
• Manage user access security governance and platform best practices
• Support platform upgrades data migrations and continuous improvement initiatives

Person Specifications

• 1 years of hands-on experience administering Jira Jira Service Management (JSM) and Confluence
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes including Incident Service Request Change Problem Knowledge and Asset Management
• Experience configuring workflows request types SLAs queues permission schemes screens custom fields and automation rules
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation
• Experience with Marketplace apps
• Experience working with REST APIs JSON webhooks OAuth and third-party system integrations
• Familiarity with Atlassian Cloud administration user and access management and platform governance
• Experience with data migration imports/exports and platform troubleshooting
• Understanding of Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills
