Business Process Analyst

• Analyze existing business processes and document current (As-Is) workflows.
• Design improved future-state (To-Be) processes.
• Lead business process reengineering (BPR) initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Gather detailed requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear specifications.
• Convert complex paper-based government processes into optimized digital workflows.
• Identify gaps inefficiencies and opportunities for automation or improvement.
• Recommend and support adoption of AI-enabled and cloud-based tools to replace outdated desktop workflows.
• Collaborate with technical teams stakeholders and end users to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Document process maps specifications and recommendations clearly for both business and technical audiences.

Requirements

• 3 years experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) As-Is/To-Be mapping and detailed requirements gathering.
• Proven experience converting complex paper-based government processes into optimized digital specifications.
• Strongproficiency with AI-enabled tools cloud-based storage and moderncollaboration platforms (not traditional desktop-based workflows).
