Job Summary
- Analyze existing business processes and document current (As-Is) workflows.
- Design improved future-state (To-Be) processes.
- Lead business process reengineering (BPR) initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Gather detailed requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear specifications.
- Convert complex paper-based government processes into optimized digital workflows.
- Identify gaps inefficiencies and opportunities for automation or improvement.
- Recommend and support adoption of AI-enabled and cloud-based tools to replace outdated desktop workflows.
- Collaborate with technical teams stakeholders and end users to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Document process maps specifications and recommendations clearly for both business and technical audiences.
Requirements
- 3 years experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) As-Is/To-Be mapping and detailed requirements gathering.
- Proven experience converting complex paper-based government processes into optimized digital specifications.
- Strongproficiency with AI-enabled tools cloud-based storage and moderncollaboration platforms (not traditional desktop-based workflows).
