Job Summary
We are seeking aBusiness Analyst with Finacle experienceto support core banking implementation enhancement and support projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong banking domain knowledge experience in requirement gathering process analysis solution design and coordination with business users technical teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business users and stakeholders. Analyze business processes and identify gaps improvements and automation opportunities. Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and User Stories.
- Finacle Solution Design- Translate business requirements into Finacle functional solutions. Recommend standard Finacle functionalities and identify customization requirements. Coordinate with Finacle technical consultants for development and configuration activities.
- Stakeholder Management- Act as the liaison between business users project teams vendors and IT teams. Facilitate workshops requirement walkthroughs and solution discussions. Manage requirement clarifications and change requests.
- Testing & Implementation Support- Prepare test scenarios test cases and execute the QA testing. Support SIT UAT and production validation activities. Track defects and coordinate resolution with relevant teams. Assist in data migration validation and reconciliation activities.
- Documentation & Training -Maintain project documentation and requirement traceability. Prepare user manuals process flows and training materials. Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 years of experience as Business user or Business Analyst in banking or fintech industry.
- Hands-on experience withInfosys Finacle Core Banking Solution.
- Strong understanding of banking operations including CASA Deposits Loans Lease Payments and Customer Management.
- Experience in preparing BRD FSD process flows and test cases.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with both business and technical teams.
