We are looking for a Business Analystto join our team inLisbon (hybrid work) where youll contribute to delivering high-quality financial services and support to our clients.
Your main responsabilities you will:
- Gather analyze and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement and workshops.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvements and efficiency gains.
- Develop and maintain key project documentation including requirements process flows and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with business IT and operational teams to support the design testing and implementation of solutions.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress manage change requests and support the delivery of key milestones.
- Ensure solutions comply with internal policies regulatory requirements and data governance standards.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Engineering Finance or a related field.
- Experience in business process analysis requirements gathering and documentation.
- Knowledge of Electronic Invoicing processes and related compliance requirements.
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test planning and defect management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
- Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to analyze validate and interpret data to support decision-making.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- English level B2 minimum.
