Job Overview
The Business Analyst / Associate Product Owner will support Microsoft licensing and cloud business operations by analysing requirements managing product priorities and improving customer and commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse customer and business requirements related to Microsoft licensing.
- Work with Sales Technical Finance and Operations teams.
- Define user stories requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Support product backlog management and prioritization.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 Azure and CSP licensing solutions.
- Identify process and customer experience improvements.
- Support UAT reporting and product/process enhancements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis Product Management or Product Ownership.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Licensing Microsoft 365 Azure or CSP.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI is an advantage.
- Experience with CSP MCA EA or Microsoft Volume Licensing is an advantage.
