Job Overview

The Associate will support the development integration migration and maintenance of enterprise software platforms. The role involves working with C# to deliver software solutions write maintainable code and develop technical skills under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software components using C# .
• Write maintainable code in line with engineering standards.
• Create and maintain unit tests to ensure software quality.
• Participate in code reviews and implement feedback.
• Follow source control and branching practices.
• Investigate and resolve software defects.
• Prepare and update technical documentation.
• Follow secure development standards and collaborate with senior engineers and subject matter experts.
• Use AI coding assistants responsibly and review generated code before implementation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Good understanding of C# and fundamentals including object-oriented programming.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases; SQL Server experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as xUnit NUnit or MSTest.
• Knowledge of Git and Visual Studio or a similar IDE.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Core and REST/JSON is an advantage.
• Exposure to CI/CD Azure or containers is desirable.
• Basic frontend knowledge (HTML CSS JavaScript/TypeScript React or Blazor) is an advantage.
• Strong programming problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and business domains.
