Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager HR to support and drive key HR functions including recruitment employee relations performance management HR operations and compliance. The role involves implementing HR strategies improving employee engagement and ensuring smooth HR processes aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR practices excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with management and employees.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnering -Collaborate closely with senior management to design implement and optimize HR strategies that support business goals.
Talent Management -Lead the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent oversee onboarding processes and ensure a seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
Employee Engagement & Development -Champion employee development programs enhance performance management systems and foster a high-performance culture.
HR Operations & Compliance -Manage day-to-day HR operations including compensation benefits labour relations and policy implementation ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Employee Relations -Act as a trusted advisor for employees providing timely resolutions to workplace issues and ensuring a positive work environment.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources preferably with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional organizational skills.
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills to influence and build relationships across all levels.
Experience with HR software and systems (HRIS) and proficiency in MS Office.
In-depth knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
