We are seeking a highly analytical and curious Senior Manager Commercial Strategy & Analytics to join our growing Europe Commercial this role you will support the Head of Europe Commercial on strategic analytical and operational priorities across the business.

As a trusted partner to the Head of Europe Commercial you will support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights business analysis executive communication and cross-functional coordination. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across Europe and the USA and gain broad exposure to commercial operations and leadership.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment with high expectations and significant leadership exposure.

You will report directly to the Head of Europe Commercial. The position is based in Madrid Spain.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Support the Head of Europe Commercial with strategic analyses and business insights informing executive decision-making across European markets
• Develop executive presentations leadership materials dashboards and business performance reporting for senior management and key stakeholders
• Analyze commercial operational and financial data to identify trends opportunities risks and business improvement areas
• Drive and coordinate high-impact strategic initiatives and operational follow-up across functions and countries
• Support strategic planning processes business reviews and leadership meetings
• Act as a trusted sparring partner and help create structure prioritization and transparency in a fast-paced international environment

Qualifications and Skills:

You hold a relevant academic degree preferably a Masters degree within Business Economics Finance Engineering Mathematics or a related field and bring experience from a top-tier management consulting firm such as McKinsey BCG Bain or similar. Educational background and/or professional experience related to the biotech/pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.

Most likely you have approximately 24 years of consulting experience and are looking for an opportunity where you can combine analytics strategy and business impact in an international commercial organization.

Furthermore you have:

• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with experience working with complex datasets and business cases
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills with the ability to synthesize and communicate complex information clearly to executive audiences
• A structured and hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving
• Experience supporting senior leaders and navigating cross-functional stakeholder environments
• Strong business acumen combined with a proactive hands-on and execution-oriented mindset
