Project Manager for Industrial Projects
Job Summary
Were looking for a Project Manager to lead industrial projects end-to-end. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle from initial scoping through successful handover.
Primary duties
- Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with clients engineering teams and business development stakeholders.
- Act as the primary client interface: communicate project status manage expectations escalate issues appropriately and foster long-term partnership relationships.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans including schedules and resource allocation adapting proactively to changes in scope or priorities.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and technical challenges early implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Monitor project KPIs and financial performance; prepare progress reports and present updates to management and clients.
- Ensure all documentation is complete accurate and delivered on schedule
Qualifications :
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a Science-related field.
- Project Management certification (Agile is a plus).
- 1 years of experience in Project Management.
- High level in English and Spanish (other languages such as French are a big plus).
- Knowledge on project management software (ClickUp Jira etc)
- Being an excellent team player.
- Good knowledge of Google drive suite (excel spreadsheets etc)
- Soft skills: organization communication leadership motivation initiative autonomy flexibility proactivity.
Other valued skills (not mandatory)
- Experience as a Project Manager in industrial projects.
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
