Project Manager for Industrial Projects

Were looking for a Project Manager to lead industrial projects end-to-end. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle from initial scoping through successful handover.

Primary duties

• Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with clients engineering teams and business development stakeholders.
• Act as the primary client interface: communicate project status manage expectations escalate issues appropriately and foster long-term partnership relationships.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans including schedules and resource allocation adapting proactively to changes in scope or priorities.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and technical challenges early implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Monitor project KPIs and financial performance; prepare progress reports and present updates to management and clients.
• Ensure all documentation is complete accurate and delivered on schedule

Qualifications :

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a Science-related field.
• Project Management certification (Agile is a plus).
• 1 years of experience in Project Management.
• High level in English and Spanish (other languages such as French are a big plus).
• Knowledge on project management software (ClickUp Jira etc)
• Being an excellent team player.
• Good knowledge of Google drive suite (excel spreadsheets etc)
• Soft skills: organization communication leadership motivation initiative autonomy flexibility proactivity.

Other valued skills (not mandatory)

• Experience as a Project Manager in industrial projects.
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
