The team youll join:
Youll join Repsol Renewables Structured Finance team a key function supporting the growth of an international portfolio of assets through the execution of project and structured finance transactions. Working in a dynamic and collaborative environment youll help deliver financing solutions engage with financial institutions and contribute to complex high-value deals across different jurisdictions.
Role Responsibilities:
Delivers effective value-driven financing solutions for the Repsol Renewables portfolio by executing project and structured finance transactions that align with asset risk profiles and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities include financial structuring base-case financial modeling engaging with financial institutions preparing term sheets and coordinating technical insurance legal and model audit due diligence with lenders.
The team manages negotiation and execution of project-related contracts senior debt and guarantees interest rate hedging (IRS) issuance and replacement of guarantees fulfillment of conditions precedent for drawdowns and ongoing monitoring of contracts covenants waivers and administration of dividend distributions.
Monitors structured debt contractual obligations and covenant compliance amendments and waivers to maintain financial flexibility.
Develops and maintains relationships with financial institutions to ensure ongoing access to capital and efficient execution across different jurisdictions.
