ROLE SUMMARY:
In Kings College Soto de Viñuelas we seek a motivated and experienced MMA & Muay Thai Instructor to lead an after-school activity programme for the students. We offer:
- Hours: 10 hours per week
- Salary: 25 per hour
- Contract Type: Fixed-term contract
- Duration: One academic year (September June)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and deliver engaging MMA and Muay Thai training sessions.
- Create a safe inclusive and positive learning environment.
- Adapt training to suit different ages and skill levels.
- Promote discipline fitness confidence and sportsmanship among students.
- Ensure all activities comply with school safeguarding and health & safety policies.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Experience teaching MMA and/or Muay Thai.
- Relevant coaching qualifications and/or proven instructional experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with young people in an educational environment.
- Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing.
