Were looking for an IT Operations Manager to lead and scale our IT function. This is a management role responsible for running the help desk team owning core IT processes and driving automation across the business.

What you will do:
Lead the help desk team: ticket triage agent processes knowledge base and escalations
Administer Google Workspace and manage access across a SaaS stack
Own and improve core IT processes including employee onboarding and offboarding
Build and maintain no-code automations to streamline internal workflows and reduce manual work
Troubleshoot identity authentication and access issues
Support IT procurement and vendor coordination
Drive cross-functional projects such as tool migrations and system integrations

Requirements:
Prior experience in an IT operations leadership or senior role
Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace and a SaaS environment
Strong skills in no-code automation tools (Jira automation Zapier or similar)
Experience leading or running a help desk function
Comfortable troubleshooting identity authentication and connectivity issues
A strong people manager who can lead a team and set clear processes
Organized reliable and consistently on time with commitments
Process-oriented you spot repetitive work and automate it
Service-minded you care about employee experience
Clear communicator who works well across teams
