The role description
Supervision and management of all HR activities in the Company with the main mission to attract select engage and develop the talent in accordance with the corporate needs budgets and strategy of growth and internationalization. By reporting directly to the CEO and COO of the Company and in tight collaboration with the managers HR Manageris responsible for efficient talent management contributes to constant improvements in corporate organization under change management dynamics.
Control current processes and coordinate projects within HR Department related to recruitment hiring onboarding personnel administration labour relations compensation and benefits training and development activities and other general office tasks upon request.
Responsible for leading and/or performing talent acquisition activities and complete circle of recruitment processes of the Company. Lead learning and development processes: identification of talent needs suggestions on internal promotions career planning; approval on design of the annual development/ training plan. Relocation of highly qualified professionals from abroad managing legal procedures of obtaining work/residence permits and visas.
Analysis and control of current workforce costs prepare forecasts calculations reports on HR numbers. Conduct constant control of costs related to activities of HR Department based on internal operations related to hirings and terminations. Negotiation on agreements and prices with external stakeholders/ suppliers proposals on costs optimization.
HR compliance: to ensure company policies and practices adhere to labour legislation. Presentation of the HR department and all required information regarding the personnel and HR management in front of internal and external audits inspections etc.
Manage or conduct preparation of notifications sanctions and dismissal letters in coordination with the lawyers in accordance with reports of the managers involved; communication of dismissals to employees; supervise preparation of internal communication letters/ legal material to take into consideration for contract modifications/ promotions additional clauses etc;
Perform and promote internal communication focused in strengthening of the employees compromise and engagement with the company for achieving their individual professional goals and corporate strategical objectives. Organisation of corporate events and team-building activities.
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration and Management Labour Relations Law Psychology or other related careers. A Masters degree in Human Resources Management will be highly valued.
Minimum 15 years of experience in Human Resources ideally in fast-growing or international environments
Experience supporting mid-size organizations and working closely with senior leadership (CEO/COO).
Strong knowledge of labor law and HR compliance.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Solid experience in international recruitment and employee relocation (visas work permits).
