About the role
We are hiring a German-speaking Account Executive for a fast-growing SaaS company helping over 10000 e-commerce businesses improve conversion rates through an advanced search and product discovery solution.
This is a full outbound full-cycle sales role with ownership from prospecting to closing.
You will work remotely from Spain after onboarding in Madrid.
Responsibilities
Manage the full B2B sales cycle (outbound focus)
Identify and contact new e-commerce prospects in DACH markets
Conduct discovery and product demo calls
Close deals and negotiate commercial terms
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Work with clear KPIs and performance targets
Requirements
2 years of B2B sales experience (closing experience required)
Experience in outbound or high-volume sales environments
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Comfortable working remotely in a performance-driven role
Native / C2 German (mandatory)
B2 English minimum
EU passport or valid work authorization for Spain
Currently living in Spain (no relocation support)
Full-time availability
Compensation
30000 base salary
15000 OTE uncapped commission
