Originally from Finland now operational in five countries and weve just gotten started!

Were now looking for a Swedish-speaking Junior B2B Sales & Onboarding Specialist to join our small team in Barcelona. This role is all about bringing new venues on board from across Sweden and its a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take the leap from call center sales or entry-level roles into a professional B2B setting.

In this role youll own the entire sales cycle while selling a product that truly brings value to our partners businesses. If youre interested in tech startups where things move fast and the only constant is change even better!

For Junior roles were not looking for an extensive track record were looking for the right attitude energy and potential.

Pssst! Before continuing please note that fluent Swedish is required in this role (for your daily work with venue providers) along with good English (our internal language for training and meetings).

What Youll Be Doing

Sales outreach: Identify new venue prospects (hotels bars restaurants mansions) reach out via email and phone and close deals.
Onboarding & content creation: Set up new partners on the platform create listings and make sure they shine.
Product demos: Walk new partners through the platform and show them how to get bookings.
Pipeline management: Keep track of your prospects and follow-ups with discipline.
Hitting targets: Work towards individual goals for calls deals and onboarding.
Collaboration: Work closely with your supervisor and teammates to grow Sweden together.

Who Were Looking For

  • 01 years of experience in sales can be from internships telemarketing or junior SDR/BDR roles where you worked with the early pipeline. This is an entry-level position so dont worry if you dont have extensive experience!
  • Fluent Swedish (written & spoken) comfortable using English as its our internal language.
  • Confident on the phone youve already beaten the cold call fear.
  • Curious and coachable you actively seek feedback from more senior colleagues and use it to learn fast.
  • Gritty and growth-minded you dont give up after rejection and keep pushing to improve.
  • Eager to learn B2B sales: handling longer cycles booking meetings negotiating contract terms and consultative conversations with decision-makers.
  • Interested in tech startups and international business.
  • Organized & consistent in following up leads and keeping your pipeline warm.
  • Team player who enjoys building things together and keeping the vibe positive.

Whats on the table

  • Start Date: Flexible ideally early autumn
  • Contract: Permanent with full-time hours (40h/week)
  • Compensation: This role has a fixed salary which for entry-level employees is between (annual gross) depending on the exact experience. After the first year youll step into a mid-level role with a higher earnings a small ambitious company like ours great work doesnt go unnoticed so in the long run only the sky is the limit.
  • Location: Our centrally-located (Eixample) Barcelona office. Were office-first because we believe its the best way to build a tight-knit world-class team but hybrid options are partially available after being onboarded.
