Job Summary

Customer Support Specialist German & Spanish (B2)

Locations: Madrid & Valencia
On-site role
Banking / Customer Support

What youll do:

Support customers via phone email and chat
Assist with banking-related inquiries and account support
Deliver an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced environment
Work closely with an international team and grow your career

Available shifts:

Morning Shift: 07:00 16:00 (8 openings)
Afternoon Shift: 14:00 24:00 (7 openings)
Night Shift (Madrid only): 22:00 07:00 (5 openings)

Salary Package:

Madrid: 22800 gross/year 1200 variable bonus
Valencia: 20800 gross/year 1200 variable bonus

What were looking for:

German B2
Spanish B2
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer service experience is a plus
Availability to work shifts
