About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team in this role you will manage the full recruitment cycle helping us attract and hire multilingual talent for our contact center operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for customer service and back-office positions.
• Source candidates through job boards LinkedIn social media referrals universities and other recruitment channels.
• Publish and maintain attractive job advertisements across multiple platforms.
• Screen CVs and conduct telephone and video interviews.
• Assess candidates skills motivation language proficiency and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide recruitment support throughout the selection process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Prepare job offers and support pre-employment documentation.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill source of hire and candidate conversion rates.
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives job fairs and networking events when required.

Required

• Previous experience as a Recruiter Recruitment Technician Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruitment role.
• Fluent English and French (spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Experience using job boards LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruitment systems.
• A proactive attitude attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

• Spanish language skills.
• Academic background or knowledge in Human Resources.
• Previous recruitment experience within the Contact Center / BPO / Customer Experience industry.
