CRM Lead Coordinator
Job Summary
Working in collaboration with retail tean and under the authority of the Retail Manager the CRM Coordinator will drive customer engagement and optimize CRM performance.
- Manage and maintain the CRM database ensuring high standards of data integrity an accuracy.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Analyze customer data to generate insights that support sales initiatives.
- Monitor CRM system performance and recommend enhancements to improves efficiency and functionality.
- Callaborate with sales and marketing teams to design targeted campaigns based on customer segmentation.
Qualifications :
To be success in this role we are looking for a candidate who brings a strong client - centric mindset excellent interpersonal skills and passion for delivering outstanding luxury experience.
- 3 years experience in CRM department.
- Strong motivational skills
- Excellent written and spoken English additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to handle a complex multifaced role under preassure.
