About the role:
AsCyberResilience Lead you will own the cyber recovery capability for TMHCCs International business. You will lead the cyber recoveryprogram strengthenorganizationalresilienceand ensure the business is prepared to recover effectively from ransomware attacks cyberincidentsand major technology disruptions. Working closely with technologybusinessand senior stakeholders you will drive recovery readiness and continuous improvement across critical business services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the cyber recovery and resilienceprogram ensuring recovery strategies align with business priorities and regulatory expectations.
Develop andmaintaincyber recovery playbooks restoration procedures dependencymapsand recovery standards.
Plan and lead ransomware recovery exercises tabletopexercisesand recovery validation activities.
Coordinate cross-functional recovery activities during major incidents and provide technical leadership throughout restoration.
Partner with Business Continuity Disaster Recovery Infrastructure teams applicationownersand third-party providers to strengthen resilience.
Monitor resilience metrics testingoutcomesand improvement plans to enhance recovery capabilities.
Collaborate with Security Operations teams to align recovery with protectiondetectionand response activities.
Skills And Competencies Required:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Cyber Security or a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 5 years experience in Cyber Resilience Disaster Recovery Operational Resilience or Service Continuity.
Strong knowledge of cyber recovery backup assurance disasterrecoveryand operational resilience.
Excellent understanding of IT Service Managementgovernanceand Business Continuity.
Strong planning stakeholdermanagementand communication skills.
Ability to coordinate enterprise-wide recovery activities and make sound decisions under pressure.
Skills And CompetenciesPreferred:
CISSP or equivalent cybersecurity certification.
Experience within regulated industries and globalorganizations.
Experience leading cross-functional recoveryprograms resilienceexercisesor major incident recovery.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Experience with ransom readiness
