Ventia has secured the Victorian Road Maintenance Contracts for the Grampians and Eastern Metropolitan regions. Commencing 1 July 2026 Ventia will deliver comprehensive road maintenance emergency response and minor capital works reinforcing its role as a longterm partner supporting safe and reliable road networks across Victoria.

Ventias Transport Infrastructure Solutions business is seeking an experiencedContract Administrator to join the team.

The Contract Administrator supports commercial compliance documentation and reporting across maintenance and works delivery. The role plays a key support function ensuring accurate records controls and processes are maintained.

You will work closely with project and commercial teams to support efficient and compliant delivery.

This is a permanent full-time position and will be based out of ourWendouree office.

Role responsibilities:

• Support contract administration and compliance activities
• Assist with reporting and record management
• Liaise with project and commercial teams

About You

To be successful in your application you will have:

• Experience in contract administration or commercial support roles
• Strong organisational skills
• Supervisory experience in either Road Maintenance Operations or Construction field.
• White Card and drivers licence.
• Good understanding of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems
• Good working knowledge of MS Word MS Outlook and MS Excel
