About the Role

We are hiring a Dutch-speaking Account Executive to join a fast-growing SaaS scale-up building AI-powered search and product discovery technology for eCommerce businesses worldwide.

Their platform helps online retailers dramatically improve conversion rates by turning website search into a revenue-driving engine delivering faster smarter and more relevant shopping experiences.

This is a high-performance outbound-focused sales role where you will own the full sales cycle and directly contribute to revenue growth in the Dutch market.

What Youll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting demo closing subscription activation

  • Conduct daily outbound cold calls (80100 calls/day)

  • Manage inbound leads and free trial conversions

  • Deliver product demos in Dutch & English

  • Convert trial users into paying customers

  • Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline discipline

  • Track and hit KPIs (calls demos conversion rate MRR)

  • Hand over closed accounts to Customer Experience teams

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Dutch strong English

  • Must already live in Spain (mandatory)

  • 16 years of experience in:
    • SDR / BDR / Account Executive roles

    • Call center or outbound sales environments

  • Strong cold-calling experience

  • KPI-driven mindset with resilience and consistency

  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity (80100 calls/day)

  • Availability aligned with US time zones

Compensation Package

  • Base salary: 30000 gross/year

  • Uncapped commissions (target: 600/month minimum)

  • Performance multipliers:
    • <80% x1

    • 80% x1.3

    • 100% x2

    • 150% x3

  • Quarterly accelerator: up to x3 commissions

Career Growth

  • AE I: 30K base

  • AE II: 35K base

  • AE III: 40K base
