Provide safe punctual and high-standard transportation for employees visitors and goods in line with company values and SOPs
Proactively plan manage and monitor daily schedules travel routes and trip duties
Conduct daily 360-degree vehicle inspections ensuring cleanliness sanitation and full roadworthiness
Efficiently manage vehicle usage fuel tracking secure parking and safe storage
Maintain accurate operational travel logs and facilitate the timely renewal of vehicle licensing documentation
Follow traffic laws and speed limits always maintaining high alertness to road safety rules
Honestly and immediately report any traffic violations fines vehicle faults or accidents
Maintain professional diplomacy assist visitors and flexibly accommodate extended hours when required
